Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: all nail powders, polishes, gel polishes, chemicals (such as liquid monomer, lotion, acetone, alcohol), and hygienic/personal tools (including nail files, scissors, buffers, drill bits, clippers, cutters, nippers, pushers, brushes).
Return Authorization and Requirements:
Returns must be initiated with a copy of the original invoice and approved in advance.
All returns require a Return Authorization from MNS Mega Nail Supply.
Exchanges are not available for purchases made on our website.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Final Sale Items:
Promotional items, sale items, and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Restocking Charge:
Returned items are subject to a 30% restocking charge, in addition to shipping charges.
